Blogger Appreciation Day
Darren Rowse at Problogger has given us something new to celebrate, Blogger Appreciation Day! It may be unofficial, but it is well received. Having always wanted to be a writer, I found the start of my dream in the unlikeliest of all places, blogging.
There are people, who have captured the spirit of a true writing community all over the web, and they’re easy to find, and it is way longer than this list, so forgive me for the others out there that I’ve missed. I thank you all for accompanying me on my journey.
Cristina DeSantis – My eldest daughter. I’m so thankful she came home from school last fall and interviewed me for a school project. She asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I didn’t say blogger, but the answer got me here anyway. Thank you Cristina.
Sue LaPointe - I am thankful to Sue for taking me on as a guinea pig to give a test run of her great eBook, Working Writer Happy Writer: How to Build a Thriving Writing Business from Nothing. Sue’s stomping grounds are at Working Writer, Happy Writer.
Catrina Rudd - I am thankful to Catrina for being such an inspirational mom. She is very supportive of working moms and has dedicated a great deal of her time to assist them in their endeavors. I am glad for her advice and time and hope we get to work together more in the future. Catrina’s always available at The Writing Mom.
Deb Ng - Deb may not know it, but this is where I hang out for coffee. I’ve only been visiting since about September, but I consider everyone who meets there for coffee too, a friend. Want to be a writer, then come and visit with me at Freelance Writing Jobs, and don’t forget your coffee.
Brenda Emmett —You wouldn’t believe me if I told you how Brenda and I keep bumping into each other on the net. Either I’m being stalked or we were separated at birth. Seriously, Brenda is fast becoming my partner in crime, or my alibi depending on the situation. She’s an incredible lady and the internet wouldn’t be any fun without her. You can always visit Brenda at Writing From The Trenches, Homeschooling From The Trenches, Parenting From The Trenches and now at Her Gardening Blog.
So, who is inpiring you?
