Democratic Primary Election… coming soon
Yes, coming soon to Pennsylvania, USA. That’s right, tomorrow is the big election day. I put on my primary voting shoes and go vote in the crucial Pennsylvania democratic primary election. Unfortunately I didn’t get to talk to Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama today, however Bill Clinton called yesterday and I just got off the phone with Barack Obama. Sure guys, show up when the work is almost done.
Now I won’t tell you what I’m doing tomorrow when I pull levers or push buttons or whatever it is we do these days, but I will tell you, I can’t wait for my phone to stop ringing. Of course it will be nothing like this fall. I better clear the calendar now for all the calls I’ll be getting from John McCain and friends.
I’m sure as I’m standing in line selecting those bake sale goodies to support the Marple Newtown Tigers that I’ll be wondering just like you, who will be the next first lady. Are you pulling for Michelle, Cindy or… Bill? I wonder if Cindy wants to be my friend too. Maybe we can all do lunch soon.
Well, I have to go, I’m so busy today. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were able to send me some more mail in time, something to read right before the primary. I’ll read that after I toss the free newspaper that I cancelled weeks ago and am still getting. April, the month of fools…
