U2 at BigShoes
Why not? U2 is in NY this week celebrating the release of their new album No Line On The Horizon (RELEASED TO DAY) and we’re celebrating BigShoes. Party! Party! They are performing at Letterman all this week and then early Friday morning on Good Morning America.
I’m bringing you a little bit of the Letterman and here are links to our BigShoes’ collection of U2. I’m surprised there aren’t more. I probably have a file filled with future posts that reference some cool U2 YouTubes. We’ve got another year to fill with content so I’m certain U2 will be on the playlist.
You have to share your favorite U2 song. Even if you don’t like them I imagine everybody has one U2 song they can tolerate. If U2 really isn’t your thing than who is? All musical tastes welcome here. That’s why they call us the BigShoes. Don’t forget, tomorrow is the big day, one year mark here at BigShoes.
Now for your listening pleasure…
Happy Birthday with Bono and U2
Sometimes You Can’t Make It On Your Own
U2 Get On Your Boots
U2 Lincoln Memorial Concert with Obama

“All musical tastes welcome here. That’s why they call us the BigShoes.”
Is that so? :) Then bring on the blues…
and I’ll wear my red shoes…
There’s just something about listening to the blues
played on a red guitar
while dancing in red shoes…
(OK, I’m trying to connect all the dots and making that up as I go along and it’s not goin’ well…)
I’m into G3, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, Pink Floyd, and LIVE music. U2 is cool too.
